Ingredients
Tofu, cucumber, carrot and bean sprouts.
Sauce:
1 clove of garlic, shrimp and 4 dried chilies - blended
1 tsp tamarind paste
Sugar or gula melaka
Salt
1 tsp sesame
Prawn paste (optional)
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients and boil.
*The sauce can also be substituted with peanut sauce
