Pickled tomato and pineapple


Ingredients
Cayenne pepper, red chillies and a little vinegar, 2 clove of baked garlic (optional)– mildly blended.
Baked prawn paste.
Lemon juice.
2 tomatoes– cut
1 onion, 1 green chillie, pineapple and carrot - sliced
a little salt and sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredients.

Note:
Can be served with any main dishes.
