Deep Fried Char Kuih


Ingredients:
Plain flour- 3 cup
Dried yeast – 1 tbsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp (optional)
Garlic- 1 clove (pounded)
Shrimp (pounded)
Sugar
Salt
Plain/ warm water – 1 cup (rough estimate)

Method:
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well with a ladle to make a smooth dough. Keep it in a covered container for about half an hour until the dough is doubled in size. Then, take it out on to a lightly floured surface so that it will be smooth and elastic. Flatten it and cut into small sizes. Fry till they become golden brown in colour.

Alhamdulillah. Cuba lah pula resepi lain seperti pizza dll. Lepas tu, ajarkan pula kepada saudara/kawan/jiran dll. Mudah-mudahan bersambung-sambunglah sedekah jariah (ilmu yang bermanfaat)ini. Amin...
