Ingredients:
Squids - marinate with salt, pounded garlic and turmeric powder
Onion
Baby corn
Carrot
tomato
Long bean and any other vegetables
Kaffir leaves (daun limau purut)
Red chilli
Some sugar or MSG (optional)
Method:
Heat cooking oil in a wok.stir- fry squid in 1 minute. Add kaffir leaves and vegetables.Then add a little water and sugar. Cook until the gravy has thickened.
