Rice cake and vegetables in coconut milk (lontong)




Vegetables in coconut milk (lontong):
Heat oil in a wok and add blended garlic, onion, chilli paste, and turmeric powder. Stir-fry until aromatic. Then add coconut milk and vegetables like foo chuk, long bean, cabbage, carrot, baby corn, cauliflower, eggplant, beansprout etc. Then add beancurd(fried and cut into small piece) and vermicelli. Add sugar and salt.

Spicy chicken:
Heat oil in a wok and add ginger, lemon grass, onion, turmeric leaves, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, and tamarind paste. Stir-fry until aromatic. Then add chicken, sugar, and salt. Cook until soft.
