Fish head curry

Ingredients:
Fish head
Curry powder
2 clv Garlic and 4 clv onion- sliced
1 inch of ginger
Curry leaves
Coconut milk
Vegetables( egg plant, lady finger, tomato, green chilli, carrot)
Sugar and salt
1 stick of cinnamon
1 star anise
3 clover
1 tsp tamarind paste
