2 clv Garlic and 4 clv onion- sliced
1 inch of ginger

Vegetables( egg plant, lady finger, tomato, green chilli, carrot)
Sugar and salt
1 stick of cinnamon
1 star anise
3 clover
1 tsp tamarind paste
Preparing grilled fish (ikan percik kelantan, ikan percik emas), sandwich, pickles, stuffed chillies (solok lada) and lots of other delicious Malay food.
