Rice and prawn porridge (origional recipes from my mom)
Method Rice (2 pots), prawn, 2 sticks of lemon grass and 1 inch ginger- boil it together . Then add coconut milk (4 cups), a pinch of salt and a ladle of sugar. Boil it until thickened.
